The Peterborough Northumberland CAP network is a series of computer systems located at sites throughout Peterborough and Northumberland Counties. As part of Industry Canada’s Community Access Program, these computers provide internet access to the public for little or no cost. For more information on CAP, please see the About CAP page.

Anybody can use a CAP site. Maybe you have a computer at home, but you only have dial-up access. Need to download large documents? All CAP site computers have high-speed connections. Have a student at home who is dominating computer usage in an effort to get that last minute research paper finished? Consider your local CAP site a second computer station. With high-speed connections, that research will be done in no time.
